Our senior-focused, comprehensive annual exam is a tailored, in-depth assessment of your overall health, focused on helping you live comfortably and independently. We will tailor your ongoing, routine follow-up to the goals and health conditions identified during this visit.
Ongoing, routine check-ups
The comprehensive check-up is just the beginning. We will continue to come to your home and communicate regularly to help you meet your goals. We will perform in-depth home visits to manage symptoms, treat chronic conditions, and monitor health trends. We ensure that your care is not just reactive, but proactive—helping you prevent issues down the road.

As a board-certified internist and geriatrician, Dr. Soones is capable of providing this level of care for a wide range of adult medical conditions. When appropriate, she can work with your specialists or take over.
